How We Work
Everything is digital: online intake with document upload, e-signed agreements, ACH payment, and a tracking system where every application carries a follow-up schedule. Each client's status page shows every application and its current step, by reference number with no account required.
We are deliberately not a billing company and not an enterprise RCM firm. We partner with billing companies (many refer their clients to us) and focus on the practices large firms overlook: solo practitioners, NP-led practices, therapy practices, and small groups.
Your PECS Team
Every client is supported by the PECS team. Our team reviews your intake, files every application and follows each one through to approval, and your questions go to support@pecs.health, answered within one business day. Our operations system gives every application a follow-up schedule, so nothing waits on someone remembering to check.
