About Provider Enrollment Credentialing Services
Provider Enrollment Credentialing Services is an independent credentialing and payer-contracting service based in Jersey City, New Jersey, serving practices nationwide. We do one thing: get providers enrolled with payers and keep their credentials current — so clinicians can spend their time on patients, not paperwork.
How we work
Everything is digital: online intake with document upload, e-signed agreements, ACH payment, and a tracking system where every application carries a follow-up cadence. When you ask "any update?", the answer is a log, not a shrug.
We are deliberately not a billing company and not an enterprise RCM firm. We partner with billing companies (many refer their clients to us) and focus on the practices large firms overlook: solo practitioners, behavioral health clinicians, NP-led practices, and small groups.
Data handling
We deliberately never collect Social Security numbers or dates of birth through our intake, and never store them in our tracking systems — sensitive identifiers are gathered per-application through a secure channel and entered directly into payer systems. It's a small discipline that says a lot about how we treat your information.
