CAQH profile setup, explained

Roughly 90% of commercial payers pull provider data from CAQH ProView. Your CAQH profile isn't a formality — it IS your credentialing file. An incomplete or un-attested profile silently stalls every application that depends on it.

What complete actually means

Full five-year work history with month and year on every entry and every gap of three months or more explained; current license, DEA, and malpractice certificate uploaded before they expire; practice locations and payment details consistent with your W-9; and authorized payer access so plans can actually pull the file.

The 120-day trap

CAQH requires re-attestation every 120 days. Miss it and your profile shows stale — payers processing your applications simply stop. It's the most common invisible credentialing failure, and precisely the kind of recurring deadline worth paying someone $75 a month to never miss.

Provider Enrollment Credentialing Services handles all of this at flat, published pricing: applications go out within days of a complete intake, every payer is followed up every 14 days, and status is visible anytime by reference number. Start your intake or see pricing.
