How TRICARE (Humana Military and TriWest) Takes Applications
TRICARE has two layers. Certification makes you a TRICARE-authorized provider who can bill as non-network; credentialing plus a contract makes you a network provider. TriWest follows URAC credentialing standards, and delegated groups send monthly roster updates to delegatedcred@triwest.com.
